Fished in October Big Bass Bash. Had a shipping issue and Robbie (Hart Tackle) went out of his way to get me my order at one point he was going to drive to lake of the ozarks to deliver! He ended up over nighting it with some added extras just unbelievable customer service/owner!!! We had boat issues and I didn’t have much luck. Tournament ended Sunday boat got fixed Monday i caught 25 keepers on the Shake n Rattle over the next 4 days it was stupid!! Robbie your the best and that worm is unreal!
